About Me
I have worked in the funeral industry since 2014 when I started working for Michelle Roffe Funeral Services, my Mum (Michelle) and Step Dad Frank mentored me throughout the years and taught me everything I know about the industry. When I married and decided to start a family I began setting up my business from home to be able to contribute to my family, I am a stay at home mum with 4 beautiful children, 2 girls, 2 boys, so working from home has been a huge blessing as I can stay home and spend my days with my children and work from home at night once they go to bed at 7pm. I am always available to chat via phone, email or text but I work on
Memorial Booklets at night when I can completely focus on them.

Instructions
DESIGN TEMPLATE CHOOSING A
Being a stay at home mum I work via phone or email - unfortunately I can't physically meet with you given I have small children but the process is quite simple and I promise to make it
as easy as possible.
The funeral home will send me all of the details that I need and details to contact you, please be aware that I will generally call just after 7pm when the kids are put to bed.
Choosing a design template - all templates are completely editable.
If you can't find a template you like I can create something more personal and customised to your loved one, just let me know what you are after and I will put something together for you.
PROOF, PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Once you have chosen a template and I have received all the details from the funeral home and celebrant/minister I will put together the first proof and email it through to you, I will also include the quote so I will need to know how many copies you would like, I will invoice the funeral home and they will add it to your final invoice. Once you check it over you can then email me back with changes/edits and we go back and fourth until your happy with it.
I do not print until I have written approval either via email or text.
I need approval at least 48 hours before the funeral service.
I only print on 200gsm
white satin card - this gives a high quality crisp print and a lot more durable than paper.

Once approved I will print and deliver to the funeral home.
